Chapter 17 Thrax and Ozzy sat at the bar of the lobby’s restaurant, waiting to be seated. Ozzy looked over at the crowd of people in the restaurant, some of which clearly residents, and others visiting friends or just people passing through. “Hey, wait a minute!” Ozzy thought aloud. “Hmm?” Thrax mused, looking up from his phone to face Ozzy. “What’s wrong, baby?” “Why the heck would an apartment building have a restaurant? That’s a hotel thing, not an apartment thing! Why is this here?” Thrax chuckled. “This building has a lot of features and services most apartments don’t. Think about it, baby, what if there was a huge investigation going on in the city and guys like us couldn’t leave without getting caught. By having a restaurant indoors, we can still enjoy a high-end meal and drink. Makes everyone less stir-crazy, and keeps our secrets hidden.” “Huh,” Ozzy thought, “yeah, I guess that makes sense. What other stuff does the building offer?” “There’s the gym, indoor pool and hot
